His attention to detail, combined with deep experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, has helped shape J&C into a full-service marketing agency delivering campaigns across digital, retail and promotional channels.

For Clinton, everything starts with the trust clients place in J&C. By building an agency clients can rely on, he ensures every project is delivered in a way that is practical, transparent and consistent with the high standards they expect.

His career began as digital came to define modern marketing, grounding his approach in how brands are developed for the long term. This perspective helps him look beyond short-term trends and shape creative and brand solutions for J&C’s clients that are designed to last.

With nearly three decades of agency and in-house experience, he has worked with some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading brands in retail, experiential and manufacturing – spanning FMCG, travel retail and consumer durables – across every medium imaginable.

Emmanuel specialises in turning complex marketing and communication challenges into effective, visually-led solutions that are purposeful and easy to understand. By prioritising clarity from the outset, he ensures every project is built on a strong strategic foundation.

British by birth and Australian by choice, Andy brings more than 30 years of marketing experience across the UK, Asia and Australia. He began his career in London before leading agencies across South-East Asia, and is now based in Sydney where he heads the Rewards Team at J&C.

Andy leads the delivery of large-scale consumer promotions, tactical campaigns and loyalty solutions that drive measurable customer engagement. His team negotiates over $1 billion in rewards and incentives annually, partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands to create impactful customer activations.

His work spans campaigns for brands including McDonald’s, Optus, Sony, Coca-Cola, amaysim, Beiersdorf, GSK, Continental Tyres, Johnson & Johnson and News Corp.

As a Group Account Director, Charito works across both the rewards and reach arms of the business, managing a wide range of campaigns and fostering a team environment that promotes collective success. Charito focuses on collaborative project delivery to enhance stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent and successful outcomes for our clients.

With over two decades of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, Charito has worked on some of the biggest campaigns in the business. She specialises in a holistic marketing approach that spans digital, print, media, social, brand strategy and more. Before joining J&C, Charito built her career in-house within the duty-free retail industry and in media sales at News Corp.

A strategic creative solutions specialist, Stu is always thinking two steps ahead about the bigger picture.

Decades of experience within Global and local agencies across FMCG and retail, including P&G, Sanitarium, GSK, Mars/Uncle Bens, Natwest Bank, SONY, Franklins, Bing Lee, and many more. Stu’s memorable work includes the launch of Pantene, one of Australia's and P&G's most successful product launches. Pantene went from obscurity to the No. 1 supermarket category brand within 30 days, so it kind of did happen overnight!

Jill is a results-driven Senior Marketing Professional with over 20 years of expertise in creating, launching, and managing rewards led acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. She is highly experienced in the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel initiatives, from creative development and digital execution to customer service, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable success.

Her experience spans the UK, Australian, and US markets across diverse industries including Telecommunications, Banking, QSR, and Personal Care. Notable campaigns and programs include Optus Loyalty, UFC Fight Club, Maccas Monopoly ANZ, Kellogg's, Revlon, Sony, and Commonwealth Bank.

Natasha Mulholland

Natasha Mulholland

Head of Loyalty

Natasha was born in the UK and started her career there, working in retail marketing for Procter & Gamble's FMCG brands. She then moved into the Loyalty space looking after loyalty, partnerships, rewards redemption, and affiliate marketing (earn malls) for some of Australia and New Zealand's biggest programs including Velocity Frequent Flyer, Flybuys, Air New Zealand, and CommBank Awards. Natasha has also worked on the design and implementation of loyalty programs from a range of industries including hospitality, health, beauty, technology, and retail. Throughout her career journey, Natasha has gained invaluable experience in shaping and optimizing loyalty programs across diverse industries, solidifying her passion for enhancing customer or staff engagement and satisfaction.

Natasha looks after all things loyalty at J&C. From technology enhancements to product range, marketing, customer engagement, to data and reporting. Natasha loves strategising and building out the best member experience for our clients' customers to keep them loyal to their brands.

Kimberly Radzimova

Head of Social Media

As Head of Social Media, Kimberly primarily oversees our clients' social media presence on various platforms, liaising between the client and our in-house creative team and digital teams.

Results-driven marketing professional with 15+ years of cross-functional experience in digital strategy, social media marketing, product marketing, brand management, and lead generation in the retail environment. Kimberly has experience across a range of ATL and BTL marketing initiatives, with a passion for challenging deadlines. She has worked both client and agency side and enjoys working and building relationships with marketing, media buying, creative, and digital agencies.

Audrey Dardailler

Audrey has over 10 years of experience in account management and marketing. Prior to J&C, she spent 4 years overseas (Europe) where her first two daughters are born and worked for approximately 1 year in Basel, Switzerland as an International Marketing Coordinator for Stratpharma where she managed marketing activities across global affiliates. Prior to that, she worked for 6.5 years at The Nuance Group, where she led a marketing team, managed substantial budgets, and increased revenue through innovative campaigns.

As a Senior Account Manager, Audrey is the bridge between our clients and our amazing team. She cultivates strong relationships with clients, turning their needs into actionable plans. She loves strategising and collaborating with our marketing, digital, and design teams to keep our clients thrilled and their businesses growing. From staying ahead of market trends to tackling challenges with innovative solutions, every day brings new excitement in her role.

Michael is a key member of the J&C Rewards Team, where he helps manage the operational side of the business. His responsibilities range from data entry and validation to prize fulfilment and customer service.

With over a decade of professional experience spanning fashion retail, government services, and operations, Michael has built a unique career that bridges creativity and structure. He has led visual merchandising and store teams for brands like MARCS, David Lawrence, and Country Road Group, focusing on creating customer-first experiences that drive results. His background also includes service roles with Services Australia and early experience in web and media, giving him a well-rounded and adaptable perspective. Michael thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration, clarity, and effective execution are paramount.

Anna Kushner

Anna has worked in the advertising and marketing industry for over 5 years, helping to bring to life multi-media campaigns for national and global brands including Lenovo, Intel, PayID, Riot Games, BPAY, ConnectID, and PayTo. She also has professional experience in Internal Traffic Management, Event Coordination, Social Media Management, and Public Relations. Anna graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in International Relations, Public Relations, and Creative Writing.

At J&C, Anna manages and assists with a range of accounts on both the reach and reward sides of the business, ensuring timely delivery of a variety of projects to her clients. She also helped develop the strategy and now oversees internal traffic management.

As the "glue guy," Ken ensures that J&C's clients' digital marketing needs are met on time and within budget. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including project management, SEO, SEM, content management, UX, branding, and post-campaign analysis.

Max has over 11 years of professional experience across New Zealand, the UK, and Australia, where he has successfully led significant projects for diverse clients such as Zambrero, Kantar, and Adidas. His expertise spans branding, illustration, animation, and digital design, serving both small enterprises and major corporations. He has partnered with advertising agencies, market research firms, production houses, and publishers.

Recently, Max completed Awards School to enhance his campaign ideation skills and deepen his knowledge of advertising strategies.

Tara brings over 9 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, having worked on projects across Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. She spent five years in Singapore’s retail and publishing sectors, building a strong foundation in design and a sharp eye for detail. Since moving to Sydney, she has expanded her expertise into the digital space, focusing on e-commerce and high-impact social media campaigns.

As a Creative Designer at J&C, Tara specialises in bringing visual concepts to life across both digital and physical platforms. Her experience is incredibly diverse, ranging from crafting targeted email campaigns to designing festive window displays for iconic luxury brands such as Prada, Rolex, Tory Burch, and Victoria’s Secret. For Tara, great design is about the balance of creativity and precision – ensuring that every project not only looks striking but also stays perfectly aligned with the brand’s goals.

Lain began her career as a freelance designer about 7 years ago, specialising primarily in logo and branding development. This role ignited his passion for the creative process and client collaboration, allowing her to bring their visions to life. Subsequently, she joined a project management company in Sydney, where she provided comprehensive support for their print and digital design requirements.

Now at J&C, with a background in both creative and practical settings, Iain is committed to assisting clients in achieving their objectives effectively. As a graphic designer at J&C, Iain creates adaptable designs for both print and digital media with creativity and an attention to detail. Collaborating with the team and clients, she helps develop visual concepts, branding strategies, and marketing campaigns, contributing to the success of our clients' marketing goals.
Coby Brady-Potter

Coby’s role as a Graphic Designer involves creating a variety of designs for both print and digital media. She applies her meticulous attention to detail in developing campaign concepts and branding strategies that support our clients' marketing goals. By combining creativity with strategic thinking, she ensures each project is visually engaging, on-brand, and impactful.

Coby was drawn to design because she likes solving problems in a creative, visual way, and she has been working as a Graphic Designer for seven years now. She started out as a freelancer working with publishing houses, small businesses, and hospitality groups when she lived in London, before moving back to Sydney to work for an advertising agency covering retail, food and beverage clients. After a subsequent period freelancing, she joined J&C, preferring the stability of a permanent role where she could build strong relationships with her colleagues. And, that was what appealed to her most when she got the offer at J&C, as she could really feel J&C cared for their people.
Reya Thomas

Social Media Manager

At J&C, Reya oversees the social media presence of various clients, planning and executing monthly campaigns to keep their online presence buzzing. She enjoys collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure her clients' visions are brought to life on social media. With 5+ years of social media expertise under her belt working with global brands like Children's Panadol, Panadol and Voltaren, she crafts engaging winning social media strategies. She also brings a unique blend of hospitality experience and a proven record of success in organic content creation, gained from managing the social media accounts of the renowned restaurant, Kickin'Inn.

Outside of her 9-to-5, Reya is a content creator too. She has had successful partnerships with major brands like Coles Express, Krispy Kreme, Tic Tac, Darrell Lea, Holiday Inn Sydney Airport (to name a few). Her ability to connect with audiences has also landed her features in publications like Daily Mail.
Tiffany Steere

Account Executive

Tiff supports the Loyalty team at J&C with customer service and account administration. She has a passion for organisation and a process-driven approach, which she leverages to deliver smooth and efficient outcomes for clients.

Tiff began her career in advertising at J&C after graduating with a Media degree. She previously interned as a Social Media Assistant, where she helped multiple small businesses reach their goals. Her experience also includes a role at Officeworks in the Print & Copy department, where she developed her proactive, efficient, and quality-driven work ethic.

Now, Tiff is eager to expand her career in marketing and advertising, exploring new opportunities to apply her passion, creativity, and process-driven mindset.
